The m 4- c 2 sensor is a constant potential electrolytic c 2 sensor.CL2 and O2 have a corresponding reduction oxidation reaction on the working electrode and the opposite electrode and release the corresponding charge to form a current. The current is proportional to the concentration of the gas and follows Faraday's law. The concentration of CL2 can be determined by testing the current.
