AGP3 series is a digital pyrani vacuum gauge based on the MEMS resistance thermal conductivity principle. The core models are AGP3000/3100/3200, covering an absolute pressure range of 0.05 Pa to 120 kPa, suitable for medium and low vacuum scenarios. It features a color screen for direct reading, multiple outputs, and Modbus communication, and can replace traditional vacuum gauges. Based on the gas thermal conduction effect: The sensor is equipped with a MEMS heating resistor and a Wheatstone bridge. When the air pressure changes, the gas thermal conductivity changes, causing the resistance temperature and the bridge balance to change. Through the circuit, this is converted into a pressure signal, achieving digital display and output.
