III. Working Principle

After the thick-film semiconductor gas sensor is heated, the surface metal oxide reacts with reducing odors (ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, VOC) and the resistance changes; the module has its own MCU to collect the resistance signal, which is converted by algorithm into an odor level of 1 - 500, and is output through UART/PWM, and the main control of the device reads the value to determine the odor concentration and automatically start the deodorization and purification functions.
